Freelancer Fatura is an invoicing platform that allows freelancers to create, send, and manage invoices for their clients.
User Accounts
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- All activities that occur under your account
- Providing accurate and complete information
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Send fraudulent invoices
- Impersonate others or provide false information
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Subscription and Billing
Free accounts are limited to 5 invoices. Pro subscriptions provide unlimited invoices and additional features. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually and can be cancelled at any time.
Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your invoices and business data. We retain ownership of the Freelancer Fatura platform, including all software, designs, and trademarks.
Limitation of Liability
Freelancer Fatura is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
